Product Description

TEKNOKUR 100 is a waterborne, acrylic emulsion, suitable for spray application to freshly poured concrete. It ensures full hydration of the cement so increases the strengths.

Uses

·         In car parks, parking garages, stores and factories.

·         In industrial plants, plane hangars, apron areas, runways of helicopter, bridges etc.

·         Suitable for use on all fresh concrete and surface hardener applications.

Preparation of Substrate

Fresh concrete and surface hardener should be hardened sufficiently in order to prevent damage on the surface.

Application Method

It has to be applied on fresh concrete by spraying method or with the help of a brush or roller provided there is no accumulation on the surface. To ensure an even application by spraying the distance between nozzle and surface should be in between 0.5 and 1.0 meter. Be careful to achieve a good and even distribution. Drying time of the material is approximately 135 minutes (+20°C).

Coverage

0.15 – 0.25 kg/m² depends on the surface, application type and whether conditions.

Watchpoints

·         The content of the container must be stirred before the application.

·         The concrete substrate should be hardened sufficiently.

·         Clean tools immediately after use with water.

·         TEKNOKUR 100 is delivered in ready to use packages. Solvents or water should not be added to the mixture during the application.

·         Do not apply on surfaces with pedestrian or vehicle traffic.

Storage and Shelf Life

TEKNOKUR 100 should be stored in a cool, dry place above 5°C. Shelf life of unopened container in correct storage conditions is at least 12 months.

30 kg plastic pails or 200 kg metal barrels.
